Freezing and Confectioning
Do you need to quickly and safely freeze a large quantity of products? We offer professional services for freezing, confectioning and cold storage of food.
Freezing
In MERDA shock freezers with a total capacity of 80 tons products at a temperature of -35°C are subjected to the “deep freezing” process, reaching a temperature of -18ºC in just 12 hours.
Confectioning
We conduct scrupulous quality control at every stage of production.
Our products are packed in strong solid cardboard boxes lined with plastic bags.
In order to protect against opening, cartons with products are wrapped with strapping tapes using automatic binding machines.
Storage
We have a modern high-storage freezer room equipped with a system of mobile racks with a total capacity 1 000 pallets. The goods are stored at a constant temperature of -25ºC. The freezer is equipped with electronic temperature monitoring.
